Lera Strategic Solutions builds on the foundation established by Xiphos Strategies, the public affairs firm founded in 2019 by Ross Izard, a seasoned policy strategist and government affairs professional. After years working in public affairs, policy, and organizational strategy, Ross recognized that many leaders face complex challenges that extend far beyond a single discipline. Organizations increasingly needed coordinated expertise across policy, communications, operations, compliance, fundraising, and political strategy to achieve their goals. As client needs evolved, so did the firm.
